Terms & Conditions — tk1911 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

To register and maintain an account on tk1911, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not hold player accounts);
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only;

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the tk1911 platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for that bonus. Bonus funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement when the validity period expires will be forfeited automatically.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, tk1911 reserves the right to void all bets affected by that malfunction and return stakes to players. tk1911 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies universally across all games on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1911 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to conceal the origin of funds;
• Impersonating another person or providing false identification documents;
• Any form of match-fixing or insider knowledge exploitation in sports betting markets.

Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding investigations are concluded.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their English-language meaning. In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. Any waiver by tk1911 of a breach of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
